Department of Vocational Studies in Multimedia has its own lab since 2015. The objective of the laboratory is to support incubation and education of students in the fields of latest Multimedia Technology such as audio & video editing, photo-retouching, web design, advertisement designing, 3D visualization, 2D & 3D Animation etc. The lab is sophisticated with 30, i7 computers with mostly run on 8GB RAM and each computer is connected to campus network and also equipped with UPS backup. The lab is also equipped with LCD Projector, Smart Board, speakers, headphones, Digital Cameras, lights and Tripod. The licensed software being used in the lab include Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office, a range of Adobe products such as Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, etc. In order to facilitate 3D editing, AutoDesk products of 3ds Max and Maya have been licensed for Campus-Wide use.
