We are thrilled to announce the inauguration of the "Forum for Democracy and Social Justice" at St. Mary's College, Thrissur on November 21, 2023. The inauguration ceremony was graced by the presence of Sri. Pradeepan K R, District Social Justice Officer from the Social Justice Department, Government of Kerala. The collaborative efforts of the Department of Social Work and the Department of History at the college made this event possible. The program commenced with the inaugural address by Sri. Pradeepan K R, who shared valuable insights into the importance of democracy and social justice. Following the inauguration, an enlightening talk on "Elder Friendly Kerala: Role of Youth" was delivered by Sri. Marshal. C Radhakrishnan, Technical Assistant at the Social Justice Department, Maintenance Tribunal, Irinjalakuda.
